Riding Facilities

  • Indoor Arena—60m x 25m with fully maintained dressage surface, sound system and mirrors. The surface has been formulated as a mix of rubber, sand and wood chip to provide spring and bounce with the ideal depth for an easy working surface. The arena is maintained regularly including daily grooming as required, weekly hand watering (so as to avoid wet spots caused by sprinklers) and edges brought in for a flat even surface. We place great importance on the maintenance of all the working surfaces to reduce injury as much as possible to the horses and ensure you have a reliable consistent surface to train on.

  • Outdoor Arena—Fenced 60m x 20m with a rubber and sand mix. The surface has been formulated to provide cushioning and give without the ‘hard going’ commonly found with sand surfaces. The arena is floodlit and drains very well.

  • Lunging Ring (round yard) – Sand surface and floodlit. The railings are a round plastic railing making it a safer choice than traditional timber railings.
